• How much autonomy will I actually have?

  You lead the office, the clients you take on, the team you build, and the day-to-day running of the practice are yours to shape. Our operations, marketing, and compliance teams work alongside you rather than dictating to you.

• What if the office takes time to build up?

  That’s expected! Melton Mowbray, for example, started close to scratch and has been built up through sustained marketing and local reputation over time. Your base salary gives you security while the office grows, and our marketing team works with you from the outset to build enquiries.

• What support will I get with premises, systems and set-up?

  We take care of finding the right premises for you. We source serviced offices in your area and only take one on once you’re happy with it, you’re not signing up to a space you haven’t seen or approved. From there, we handle the whole set-up process, including the signing of the lease/agreement, so you can focus on the practice rather than the paperwork.

  You’ll also get a complete induction and onboarding programme, including full training on our case management system, so you’re up and running with confidence from day one. Ongoing IT support is provided through our IT company, so help is always on hand if anything needs sorting.
