Divorcing your Spouse will not resolve your Finances, Divorce only ends your marriage legally.

Yes, you can Divorce without a Lawyer. However, we always recommend seeking advice from a Divorce Lawyer as soon as possible.
The benefit in applying for a divorce yourself is of course the cost, in that as there are no lawyers involved, you will not be required to pay lawyer’s fees. The downside to dealing with the Divorce yourself, again is that no lawyer is involved and that the Divorce may not go as smoothly as planned.
